The TRICONEX 4200 is a System Interface Module (SIM) used in Triconex safety systems to facilitate communication between the Tricon controller and external hosts or distributed systems. It serves as a gateway, ensuring high-integrity and deterministic data exchange in mission-critical applications, such as emergency shutdown systems (ESD), fire and gas (F&G), and turbine control.
