Description
The T9451 Digital Output Module provides eight output channels for controlling up to eight field devices. Each channel is capable of switching up to 1 A at 32 VDC. The module incorporates comprehensive diagnostics, including per-channel voltage and load current monitoring, reverse current protection, and short-circuit and open-circuit line monitoring.
The T9451 is designed to always switch an output off when demanded. No single failure within the module can result in a stuck-on output condition, ensuring a high level of operational safety. Dual redundant power feeds for field devices are supported without the need for external diodes, simplifying system design and improving reliability in safety-critical applications.
