ABB Advant OCS

ABB Advant OCS is a legacy ABB process control platform used in industrial automation and plant control systems. The architecture combines controller hardware, DS-series analog and digital I/O boards, communication interfaces and system buses within Advant and Master control installations. The DS module families provide dedicated input, output, bus communication and signal-processing functions for cabinet-based control systems. Advant OCS components connect field instrumentation to control processors, exchange data across control networks and maintain installed process control loops during maintenance or expansion. This collection groups components from the same technical family for engineering reference, maintenance planning, system expansion, and replacement of installed equipment. Models are organized by system role so users can distinguish controllers, I/O, communication, power, interface, sensing, and termination hardware without mixing unrelated automation platforms.
