The IC693CPU350 is a single-slot Central Processing Unit (CPU) module from the GE Fanuc Series 90-30. It is a 80386EX-based processor with a speed of 25 MHz and a typical scan rate of 0.22 ms per 1K of logic for Boolean contacts. It has an embedded user memory of 32 KB and can support up to 8 expansion and/or remote baseplates.
The IC693CPU350 has a number of features that make it a versatile and powerful PLC controller, including:
- Built-in serial port for SNP/SNP-X slave protocols
- LAN port for multidrop, Ethernet, FIP, Profibus, GBC, GCM, and GCM+ option modules
- Support for shift registers, override, battery backed clock, PCM/CCM compatibility, periodic subroutine interrupts' feature, floating point Math, and RAM and flash memory storage
