Description:
The Bently Nevada™ 3500/53 Electronic Overspeed Detection System is a reliable and fast-response tachometer system designed specifically for overspeed protection applications. It is a redundant system built to meet the American Petroleum Institute (API) Standards 670 and 612 for overspeed protection. The system can be configured with 3500/53 modules in a 2-out-of-2 or 2-out-of-3 voting system, with the latter being recommended. The system requires a 3500 rack that includes redundant power supplies for operation.
