The HIMatrix F60 AI 8 01 is a plug-in module with 8 analog inputs that is used for the modular F60 system. It is a safety-related module that has been certified by TÜV for safety-related applications up to SIL 3 (IEC 61508, IEC 61511 and IEC 62061), Cat. 4 (EN 954-1) and PL e (EN ISO 13849-1).

The module can be inserted in the F60 subrack's slot 3...8 as many times as required. Slots 1 and 2 are reserved for the power supply module and CPU module, respectively.

The AI 8 01 has the following features:

8 analog inputs with galvanic isolation to the I/O BUS
Safety-related analog inputs that can be configured for 8 unipolar or 4 bipolar functions
Measurement range of -10 to +10 V or 0 to 20 mA
Safety-related accuracy of 1%
CANopen compliant
Modbus RTU compliant
