GE PACSystems RX7i

GE PACSystems RX7i is a programmable automation controller family built for high-performance control within GE PACSystems installations. The RX7i architecture uses IC698 processor and communication modules in a VME-based rack structure with access to distributed and remote I/O through supported interfaces. The platform provides deterministic logic execution, memory, Ethernet communication and integration with GE automation networks and engineering tools. RX7i hardware executes machine and process control, coordinates remote I/O, exchanges plant data and supports migration or maintenance of installed PACSystems applications. This collection groups components from the same technical family for engineering reference, maintenance planning, system expansion, and replacement of installed equipment. Models are organized by system role so users can distinguish controllers, I/O, communication, power, interface, sensing, and termination hardware without mixing unrelated automation platforms.
