Foxboro FBM modules are fieldbus I/O components used in Foxboro I/A Series and related distributed control system architectures. The FBM family provides the interface between process field signals and the control network, with modules for analog input, analog output, digital input, digital output, thermocouple, RTD, pulse, and communication functions. FBMs operate with fieldbus communication modules and control processors to transfer measured values, status information, and output commands between field devices and the DCS.
