Description

The Bently Nevada 991 Thrust Transmitter is designed primarily for OEMs of centrifugal air compressors, small pumps, motors, or fans who require a simple and reliable 4–20 mA axial displacement (thrust) signal for integration into their machinery control systems.

This 2-wire, loop-powered transmitter works in conjunction with a 3300 NSv proximity probe and a matching extension cable (available in 5 m or 7 m system lengths). It converts the proximity probe’s raw signal into an industry-standard 4–20 mA output, proportional to the shaft’s axial position. This signal can then be used by control systems for machinery protection, alarm logic, and monitoring.
